Jake Paul was previously due to fight Mike Tyson later this month.
Jake Paul says he still has huge plans to become a boxing world champion by 2025.
Paul, 27, was due to take on Mike Tyson in another exhibition bout this month but those plans have since be curtailed.
The social-media star has drawn plenty of eyes to the sport since the start of his career and he still holds high hopes as to where boxing can take him.
Having fought 10 times professional, Paul has identified the one thing he needs to continue climbing to the top.
“I believe in 2025 I will most likely be a world champion,” the American recently told ESPN.
“I think I’m ready for it in the next couple of months here and I’m most likely going to go for it in 2025.
“It’s really just my God-given ability and willpower to do this.
“People haven’t really seen me fight in the past year because of two first-round knockouts.
“If Mike Perry can make it out of the first or second round, maybe people will see a little more of me, but I don’t believe that anybody can hang with me at 200 pounds.”

Despite Jake’s bold claims as of late, he is unlikely to be handed a boxing rank even if he fights both Perry and Tyson.
If Paul had defeated Hasim Rahman Jr, the WBC had previously stated that he would have been handed a rank in the professional world.
Therefore, if he is genuinely interested in becoming world champion, he must return to that path to make good on his 2025 goal.
Ryan Garcia has also added further fuel to the fire as of late, insisting if Tyson and Paul are not prepare to get it on, he will happily step in to replace the 58-year-old.
“If you down to fight. If Mike can’t do it. Let me know I will fill in,” Garcia told Paul via social media.
Garcia, who is currently trying to prove his innocence after failing two drug tests, was handed a one-year ban last month after ostarine was found in his system.
