The singer expertly adapted to avoid another ‘Errors Tour’ moment.

Taylor Swift performs onstage during "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour" at Wembley Stadium on June 21, 2024, in London, England.

While performing her Eras Tour show in Dublin, Ireland, Taylor Swift successfully maneuvered herself out of a situation that almost became an “Errors Tour” moment when her dress appeared to get caught on the set.

A Swiftie shared a clip of Swift performing “Cardigan” from her album Folklore when she walked down the stairs of the wooden cabin set wearing a flowy deep pink dress. As she reached the main floor, her skirt appeared to get caught on the stairs, with Swift smoothly tearing it free without stopping her performance.

Text over the video said, “Only noticed her dress got caught and ripped a piece off,” with the caption adding, “She still slayed tho – Dublin night 3.”

“I guess we won’t be seeing the berry dress for a while,” joked one fan, while a different Swiftie said, “I recreated the green dress and got stuck on like everything 😭 glad this is now a common experience.”

Other fans noted that it might not’ve been the dress itself that ripped, but rather, the belt to keep her safe on the cabin roof got caught. “I’m pretty sure its her safety belt when she’s on the roof,” read an informative comment, as someone else said, “It doesn’t rip it’s her safety belt but it did get caught.”

Earlier in the tour, a Swiftie spotted this detail during the “Cardigan” performance and shared the innovative design with fans online. The set even includes a secret spot for her microphone stand.

Fans appreciated the dedication to safety, with comments supporting the move like, “Occupational Health & Safety queen,” as one Swiftie joked, “it’s just the invisible string 🙄 except we can see it,” referencing her song “Invisible String.”

Swift is set to finish her record-breaking Eras Tour at the end of the year after numerous shows, with the last date set for Dec. 8 in Vancouver, Canada.
