Is there any better way for Simone Biles to celebrate a remarkable career than by showing off the results of her hard work?

The longtime gymnast is one of the most decorated Olympians in Team USA history, and she marked the incredible feat in a way that fit her just right. As Simone posted a series of photos on Instagram, folks saw her pose for the camera in a white dress against a matching background. But the real stars of the image were her 11 Olympic medals, which include seven gold, two silver and two bronze medals.

What’s more, the athlete expressed her gratitude by acknowledging the road it took to get to where she is today.

“6 year old me would be proud 🥹🤎🤞🏾,” she emotionally wrote on August 27.

Naturally, seeing Simone with the products of her hard work had fans in a tizzy in the comments.

“♥️🤍💙 Everyone around the World is Proud! 🙌,” one person wrote. “So goated, so HER, so decorated, so classy, so beautiful, so Simone 😍❤️,” another exclaimed. “A QUEEN!! I couldn’t love this more 🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾and you just look so FAB!!! 😍😍😍,” a different follower added.

As fans may remember, Simone’s Olympic career started at the 2016 Rio games, where she won gold medals in the all-around, vault and floor, along with bronze on beam. She famously stepped away from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics (after winning silver with her team and bronze on beam) after experiencing “the twisties,” leading her on a journey that prioritized her mental health. She later came back with a vengeance at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she won gold in the team, all-around and vault, along with silver on floor.

As for whether Simone will add to her already extensive Olympic medal collection, she alluded her story wasn’t over when appearing on the Today show in early August.

“You never say never. The next Olympics is on home turf, so you just never know,” she said of potentially vying for a spot on Team USA for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. “I’m just gonna relax and see where life takes me.”
