The One Direction hunk has been pictured filming ‘Victory parade’ scenes in Dorset for his role in Christopher Nolan’s World War Two drama, Dunkirk.

Last week, Harry was snapped covered in blood and mud for his gritty role, sparking fears his character could get killed off in the epic Battle of Dunkirk scenes.

However, they can rest assured he makes it back to the sunny shores of England if these new pictures are anything to go by.

Looking distinctly more scruffy than we’re used to seeing the slick pop star, Harry looked every inch a soldier returning home from war in his grubby army uniform.

Covered in dirt, with his new short hair greasy and covered in mud, Harry swigs from bottles of beer as he takes food from delighted locals who are eager to welcome the soldiers home.
